The Income Tax Act 1961 stands repealed effective 01.04.2026. New Act restructures section numbers (TDS on salary: Section 192 → Section 393), introduces "Tax Year" replacing "Previous Year", and simplifies compliance. Salaried employees in Kakinada, Draksharama and across AP: update Form 16 references and ensure your employer deducts TDS under the new sections from April 2026.
The 56th GST Council (September 2025) simplified GST slabs to 0%, 5%, 18%, and 40%. The 12% slab now applies only to fly ash bricks. Insurance premiums taxed at 5% (down from 18%). Businesses in AP: verify your HSN/SAC codes and update billing software. GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B for periods from September 2025 must reflect revised rates. Non-compliance can trigger demand notices.
Every Private Limited Company must complete: ADT-1 (auditor appointment, within 15 days of AGM); AOC-4 (financial statements, within 30 days); MGT-7 (annual return, within 60 days); DIR-3 KYC (by 30 September 2026). AGM must be held by 30 September 2026. Under MCA21 V3, late filing attracts exponentially higher penalties. Our firm handles complete ROC compliance for companies across Kakinada, Draksharama and Andhra Pradesh.
